# About Tough Crowd

Tough Crowd is the creative workspace built specifically for stand-up comedians — a single platform that takes you from the first spark of an idea to the moment you step on stage.

For comedians, the hardest part isn't just writing the joke — it's capturing it before it disappears, organising it into a coherent set, memorising it under pressure, and then performing it with confidence. Tough Crowd handles every step of that journey. Capture ideas the moment they hit you with voice-to-text transcription. Build and rearrange sets with drag-and-drop simplicity. Train your memory with the Memory Lab's rehearsal modes. Track your gigs, review your performances, and learn what works for which audiences.

Tough Crowd is built by comedians, for comedians. We understand the grind of the open mic circuit, the frustration of a joke that kills one night and dies the next, and the challenge of turning a notebook full of scattered thoughts into a tight twenty-minute set. Whether you're doing your first five minutes or your hundredth, Tough Crowd is your backstage team — helping you work smarter, rehearse better, and walk on stage ready.
